Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST)

Our mental health program offers supportive services that address the individualized mental health needs of persons served. Includes but is not limited to ongoing assessment of needs, assisting clients in achieving person independence in managing basic needs, development of daily living skills, coordination of the individual service plan, symptom monitoring, assisting with crisis management and stabilization, advocacy, and outreach. Services are provided face-to-face, or via Telehealth when appropriate, with the client by appropriately licensed or certified staff.

 Our mental health program offers counseling services provided to individuals, couples, and/or families, intended to assist persons served in meeting mental health goals in accordance with the individual service plan. Includes but is not limited to service plan development (identifying goals), psychoeducation, skill development, de-escalation, emotional dis-regulation skills, identifying triggers, and increasing wellness. Services are provided face-to-face, or via Telehealth when appropriate, with the client by appropriately licensed or certified staff.
